Patient will schedule an appointment for IV hydration therapy in Alexandria, VA on website by first completing a brief medical history form.
- Complete a brief medical history form, which can be found on the top of the booking page.
- The medical history form will be reviewed by a licensed medical professional to confirm safety and eligibility for treatment. If it is determined that you are not an ideal treatment candidate, a Drip Docx team member will contact you prior to your appointment time, and process a refund for deposit.
- Once the medical history form has been completed, you can schedule a date and time of requested appointment. Your appointment will be confirmed once the $75 deposit is made.
- A medical professional will be present at the location chosen when appointment was made, unless otherwise communicated. All no-shows, 15+ min late, or cancellations made less than 24 hours from appointment time will forfeit their $75 deposit.
